Key Responsibilities

System Administration & Support

• Manage and maintain daily CargoWise system operations to ensure uninterrupted business processes.
• Configure and administer user accounts, profiles, and security permissions.
• Provide first-line support and resolve system-related helpdesk queries and tickets.
• Troubleshoot software issues and implement effective solutions.

Training & Documentation

• Develop and maintain user guides, standard operating procedures, and process documentation.
• Facilitate user training sessions and support staff during system updates and enhancements.
• Assist employees with system-related questions and best practices.

Testing & Reporting

• Test software updates, enhancements, and new system functionality before implementation.
• Monitor system performance and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Generate management reports and data analysis to support operational decision-making.
• Maintain accurate records of system changes and support activities.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric certificate or equivalent qualification.
• Strong working knowledge and hands-on experience with CargoWise.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Previous experience in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or transport environments will be advantageous.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
