Role Overview

This role focuses on on-road operations, including dispatch, collections, and deliveries across both domestic and international routes. The successful candidate will also assist with warehouse-related duties such as picking and packing, while delivering excellent customer service.

• Perform collection and delivery of parcels (local and international)
• Handle dispatch and courier operations efficiently
• Support picking and packing processes where required
• Ensure all operational tasks at stations and hubs are completed accurately and on time
• Maintain strict adherence to safety procedures and operational standards
• Provide high-quality customer service during all interactions
