About the Opportunity

As a Millwright Apprentice at Epiroc, you will be developed into a skilled artisan through a structured training programme. This opportunity combines practical workplace experience with formal technical training, allowing you to work alongside experienced artisans while building a solid foundation for a long-term career in the mining and engineering industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate fully in both on-site and off-site training as part of the apprenticeship programme
- Complete required training hours in line with merSETA regulations
- Comply with company policies, procedures, and health & safety standards
- Attend and actively engage in performance reviews and development sessions with mentors and team leaders
- Demonstrate commitment and willingness to go the extra mile
- Plan and manage progress to successfully complete the apprenticeship within the required timeframe
- Gain exposure by working across different production departments as required
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / Matric with Mathematics and Physical Sciences
- N2 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
