Position Overview

South African Music Rights Organisation (SAMRO) is seeking two AV Products Administrators to join the Documentation Department within the Distributions Division. The successful candidates will report to the Cue Sheet Controller and will be responsible for ensuring that SAMRO systems are updated accurately with audio-visual ownership information and shareholding details for distribution processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Activate and update audio-visual products on SAMRO systems
• Maintain high levels of accuracy and quality when processing audio-visual information
• Ensure all ownership and shareholding information is captured correctly and timeously
• Assist in maintaining efficient documentation and distribution processes

Minimum Requirements

• Matric certificate
• At least 12 months’ experience as a Data Capturer
• Intermediate computer and keyboard skills
• Working knowledge of word processing and spreadsheet applications
• Strong data capturing skills with excellent speed and accuracy
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Basic numerical ability
• Strong analytical and systematic problem-solving skills

Advantageous Skills

• Knowledge of SAMRO systems
• Understanding of research methodologies
