Position Overview
The company is looking for experienced and motivated Call Centre Assistants to support USA-based clients by delivering professional customer service and handling daily client interactions effectively.
Please note that this is an office-based role located in Houghton Estate, Johannesburg, operating according to USA EST working hours (approximately 3 PM – 12 AM, depending on daylight savings).
Key Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally
- Make outbound calls to clients when required
- Assist customers with queries and service-related concerns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Manage and update CRM systems effectively
- Provide accurate and detailed reporting when necessary
Minimum Requirements
- Strong computer literacy skills
- Excellent written and verbal English communication
- Previous experience in a similar customer service or call centre role
- Ability to prepare clear and detailed reports
- Strong multitasking abilities
- Excellent attention to detail
Experience Required
- Minimum 1 year experience in a Call Centre environment
- Minimum 1 year Customer Service experience
