Key Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and administrative duties

• Deliver customer service (face-to-face, telephonic, and via email)

• Support data capturing, filing, and record management

• Assist with stock control, inventory, and order processing (where applicable)

• Learn and apply internal systems, processes, and procedures

• Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental objectives

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 (required)
