A company based on the West Rand is looking for an experienced and professional Chauffeur/Professional Driver to provide reliable transportation services for senior executives. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring safe, punctual, and confidential travel while maintaining company vehicles to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities

Executive Transportation

• Safely transport executives, employees, and guests to various destinations.
• Ensure timely arrivals by planning routes and monitoring traffic conditions.
• Assist passengers with entering and exiting the vehicle and handle luggage or personal belongings with care.
• Maintain knowledge of road regulations, traffic laws, and the best travel routes.

Vehicle Care

• Perform daily vehicle inspections, including fuel levels, oil, water, tyre pressure, and overall condition.
• Keep both the interior and exterior of the vehicle clean and presentable.
• Report mechanical issues, accidents, or maintenance requirements promptly.
• Arrange routine vehicle servicing and maintain accurate maintenance records.

Professional Service

• Provide courteous and professional customer service at all times.
• Maintain strict confidentiality regarding executive travel schedules and discussions.
• Follow company grooming standards and dress professionally.
• Adhere to company security, privacy, and safety procedures.

Administrative Support

• Maintain records of mileage, fuel usage, travel routes, and trip times.
• Complete transport logs and submit reports as required.
• Assist with errands, document deliveries, and airport collections when needed.

Minimum Requirements

• Valid Code EB driver's licence with a Professional Driving Permit (PDP).
• At least 2–5 years' experience as a chauffeur or professional driver.
• Clean driving record with no criminal convictions or recent traffic offences.
• Good knowledge of GPS navigation systems and mobile communication tools.
• Fluent in English.
• Basic vehicle maintenance knowledge.

• Perform additional duties assigned by the CEO or Managing Director from time to time.
