Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training covering customer service, communication, and call centre operations
- Handle incoming calls and assist members with queries
- Resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
- Deliver a high standard of customer service and satisfaction
- Complete all required YES programme modules to obtain certification
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- No prior work experience required
