About the Learnership

This 12-month learnership forms part of the Youth Employment Service (YES) initiative.
Key Responsibilities
- Participate in structured training focused on customer service, communication, and call centre operations
- Handle inbound and outbound client calls professionally
- Assist members with enquiries and provide accurate information
- Resolve customer concerns efficiently and effectively
- Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high client satisfaction levels
- Complete all required Youth Employment Service learning modules to obtain certification
