💰 Salary: R280 278 per annum (approximately R23 356 per month)

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate.
• No previous experience required.
• A valid driver's licence will be advantageous.

Knowledge and Competencies

Applicants should have knowledge of:

• Employment Services Act.
• Public Service Act and Regulations.
• Labour legislation and related regulations.
• Departmental policies, procedures, and guidelines.
• Batho Pele Principles.

Skills Required

• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Good telephone etiquette.
• Interviewing and communication skills.
• Computer literacy.
• Written and verbal communication.
• Active listening abilities.
• Problem-solving skills.
• Ability to interpret legislation and policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Register work seekers on the Employment Services of South Africa (ESSA) system.
• Register available work and learning opportunities on ESSA.
• Refer work seekers for Employment Counselling Services.
• Provide administrative support for the placement of work seekers into employment and training opportunities.
• Perform general administrative duties.
• Participate in community advocacy and awareness sessions when required.
