MiWay, part of the Sanlam Group, is looking for a motivated and customer-focused Data Capturer: Client Services to join its team in Midrand. This role is ideal for individuals with call centre and administrative experience who enjoy delivering excellent customer service while ensuring accurate data processing and client support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Capture and update customer information accurately on company systems.
  • Resolve customer enquiries promptly while delivering exceptional service.
  • Escalate complex queries to the relevant department when necessary.
  • Provide clients with accurate product and service information.
  • Maintain high standards of data quality and administrative accuracy.
  • Build positive relationships with customers through professional communication.
  • Ensure all work complies with company policies and quality standards.

Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
  • At least 12 months' experience in a call centre and administrative environment.
  • Computer literacy.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
