Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 or equivalent qualification
- Computer literacy (MS Office)
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Customer service orientation
- Knowledge of document management and filing systems

- Provide general clerical and administrative support
- Assist with supply chain administrative functions
- Support personnel administration processes
- Handle basic financial administration tasks

Shortlisted candidates (including SMS candidates) will be required to undergo two pre-entry assessments:
- A practical assessment to evaluate technical and generic competencies
- An integrity (ethical conduct) assessment
For SMS positions, candidates must obtain a pre-entry certificate from the National School of Government (NSG) prior to appointment. Successful candidates will also be required to complete a financial disclosure form and undergo a security clearance process.
Foreign nationals or dual citizens must provide a police clearance certificate from their country of origin upon shortlisting.
