Job Overview

Afrika Tikkun is looking for a reliable and responsible Driver to support the organisation’s daily operations by handling deliveries, collections, and transportation services efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities

Driving Duties

• Collect goods from various Centres, Head Office, Makro, and other locations
• Deliver and collect items as directed by the procurement officer or line manager
• Transport staff members and beneficiaries when required
• Follow company policies and procedures to meet departmental objectives
• Be available to work weekends when necessary

Vehicle Maintenance

• Inspect the vehicle before trips and report any faults or issues to management
• Ensure the vehicle remains clean, neat, and in good working condition at all times

Minimum Requirements

• Matric / Grade 12 certificate
• Valid driver’s licence
• Public Driver’s Permit (PDP)
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar driving role

Required Skills

• Clean and responsible driving record
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Attention to detail
• Good understanding of road safety regulations and traffic laws

• Ability to follow road signs and driving regulations
• Honest, professional, and friendly attitude
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
