About the Role
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering equipment and gear to clients while ensuring safe transportation, accurate record keeping, and vehicle maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
Coordination
- Carry out deliveries and collections as required
- Ensure all relevant paperwork is completed and signed
- Record trip mileage accurately
- Report vehicle damages and faults
- Conduct vehicle inspections and complete vehicle checklists
- Perform minor vehicle maintenance when necessary
Additional Duties
- Assist with operational support duties as required by management
Requirements
Qualifications
- National Senior Certificate (Matric) – Essential
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a Transport Coordinator or Driver – Essential
Driver’s Licence
- Valid Code C driver’s licence – Essential
- Valid Professional Driving Permit (PrDP) for Dangerous Goods – Essential
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)

- Good work management skills
- Strong planning and organisational abilities
