A manufacturing company based in Midrand is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Factory Worker to support daily production and operational activities. The successful candidate will assist with packaging, labelling, stock control, factory maintenance, and general housekeeping duties to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / Matric qualification preferred

• Minimum of 12 months’ experience in a factory, warehouse, or retail stockroom environment

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs)

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team

• Comfortable performing basic record-keeping using paper-based systems or digital devices

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with packing, boxing, and labelling products

• Conduct stock counts and support inventory control activities

• Perform general factory maintenance and cleaning duties

• Ensure work areas remain clean, organised, and safe

• Follow company procedures and quality standards

• Assist with additional operational tasks as required

Working Hours

• Monday to Friday

• 09:00 – 17:00

• One-hour lunch break

Employment Details

• Permanent position subject to a three-month probation period

• Monthly salary of R5,500

• Salary package includes a transport allowance during the probation period

• Remuneration may be reviewed upon successful completion of probation
