Key Responsibilities:

Provide administrative support for Road Signs and Road Markings application assessments

Ensure proper document management and secure record keeping

Provide client liaison and support services

Conduct site inspections and provide technical assistance

Collect and consolidate information and reports

Organise meetings with clients
-
Draft project submissions for approval, business plans, and official correspondence

Key Responsibilities:

Implement the permit administration process in accordance with Traffic Regulations for Highways (11)

Maintain accurate records on the Abnormal Vehicle Traffic (AVT) system
-
Perform administrative monitoring and oversight functions
-
Plan and coordinate activities within the AV Traffic Office
-
Liaise with law enforcement agencies regarding regulatory and legislative matters
-
Ensure effective operation and maintenance of the AV Traffic system and related records
-
Prepare and respond to annual audit requirements
-
Improve service delivery to clients and the public
-
Ensure continuous availability of services
