Job Overview
General Heavy Marine is looking for a reliable and experienced Driver to join its Johannesburg branch. The successful candidate will also assist with general warehouse duties when required.
Requirements
- Valid Code 8 or Code 10 driver’s licence (as applicable)
- Valid PDP (where required)
- At least 2–3 years of driving experience
- Good understanding of road safety rules and regulations
- Familiarity with local routes and surrounding areas
- Clean driving record with no serious traffic offences
- Physically fit and able to assist with loading and unloading tasks
Skills and Competencies
- Basic technical knowledge of vehicles, equipment, or machinery
- Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions under pressure
Additional Information
- Position offers the possibility of permanent employment based on performance
- Work is conducted on-site (in person)
