Job Overview
Elite Business Services is seeking hardworking and reliable General Workers to join its team in City Deep. The successful candidates will be responsible for assisting with stock handling, customer service, and general operational duties within a fast-paced work environment.
This position offers an opportunity for temporary employment with the potential to become permanent based on performance and operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and offload stock safely and efficiently.
- Count and verify stock quantities accurately.
- Handle and work with meat products.
- Assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the work area.
- Follow company procedures and health and safety standards.
- Support daily operational activities as required.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
- Clean criminal record.
- Sober habits and a professional work ethic.
- Ability to communicate effectively in both Afrikaans and English.
- Reliable transport to and from work.
- Physically fit and capable of performing manual labour.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday:
🕒 05:45 – 16:00
Every Second Sunday:
🕒 08:00 – 14:00
Employees working on Sundays will be compensated at double-time rates.
