About the Role
As a General Worker, you will receive hands-on training in all aspects of the coffee shop's daily operations. Your responsibilities will include preparing beverages, assisting with food preparation and baking, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring customers enjoy a welcoming and enjoyable experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
- Assist with baking and food preparation.
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout the café.
- Deliver friendly and professional customer service.
- Support the team with daily operational tasks.
- Follow health and safety procedures at all times.
Minimum Requirements
