About the Opportunity
Fluidra Waterlinx is seeking a dedicated and hardworking General Worker to join its Power Plastics division in Ottery. The successful candidate will support production operations by sewing pool covers, specialised covers, and liners while assisting with various manufacturing and production-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete production tasks according to scheduled work orders.
- Meet required production targets and throughput levels.
- Ensure products are manufactured on time, to specification, and with high-quality standards.
- Maintain the integrity of stitching, welds, measurements, and product specifications throughout the production process.
- Follow efficient workflows to support cost-effective manufacturing operations.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Continuously improve work processes and maintain a clean, organised workspace.
- Support customer service commitments by meeting agreed production deadlines.
- Reduce material waste through effective use of raw materials.
- Properly maintain tools, equipment, and work areas.
- Follow standard operating procedures and comply with the Quality Management System (QMS).
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 / National Senior Certificate (Matric).
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
- Ability to operate various industrial sewing machines.
- Willingness to work overtime when required.
