Minimum Requirements

  • Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
  • At least 2 years' driving experience.
  • Valid Code B driver's licence or higher.
  • Clear criminal record.
  • Knowledge of health and safety practices.
  • Physically fit and mentally capable of performing manual duties.

Key Responsibilities

  • Clean and maintain office buildings and work areas.
  • Ensure offices and company premises remain neat, tidy, and hygienic.
  • Follow all health, safety, and operational procedures.
  • Deliver and collect documents, equipment, machinery, parcels, and supplies as required.
  • Provide general support to colleagues and assist with daily operational tasks.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organised working environment.

Skills Required

  • Good communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation abilities.
  • Effective record-keeping skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
