Position Overview

VKB Grain is seeking a motivated and hardworking General Worker to provide operational support and assist with daily activities at the facility.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role
• Willingness to work overtime when required
• Clear criminal record
• Physically fit and able to perform manual labour

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with loading, bagging, storage, and handling of grain and related products
• Support general operational activities within the facility
• Operate a tractor when required
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment
• Carry out additional duties as assigned by management
• Deliver excellent service and contribute positively to the team
• Represent the company professionally at all times
