Programme Overview

Rand Water is offering an opportunity for one graduate to join its structured Graduate Development Programme. The successful candidate will gain practical workplace exposure while developing technical, professional and industry-related competencies in their field of study.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Must be a South African citizen.
• Applicants from all racial groups are encouraged to apply.
• Must have Matric/Grade 12.
• Must hold a relevant qualification in MPhil in Supply Chain Management or MCom in Logistics Management.
• Must be under the age of 35.
• Applicants should have no previous work experience related to their qualification.
• Must not have previously participated in a graduate or internship programme.

Programme Details

The successful Graduate Trainee will participate in a 24-month structured development programme. The programme is designed to provide practical experience across various departmental functions.

Participants will receive:

• Workplace training and development.
• Coaching and mentorship.
• On-the-job learning.
• Practical exposure to relevant departmental functions.
• Opportunities to develop technical knowledge, workplace skills and professional competencies.
