Programme Description

The Absa Home Loans Collections division is offering a 12-month learnership for motivated and tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about customer service. The programme combines theoretical classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience, particularly in customer interaction and service delivery.

Participants will gain exposure to Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement functions while developing key workplace competencies.

Minimum Requirements

• South African citizen or permanent resident
• Aged between 18 and 30
• Completed Degree or NQF Level 7 qualification
• Proficient in English
• Computer literate
• Currently unemployed
• Not enrolled in another learnership or academic programme
• Able to work well in a team and independently
• Willingness to learn and adapt

Programme Duration

• 12-month fixed learnership
• Full participation is required for successful completion
