Programme Description
The Absa Home Loans Collections division is offering a 12-month learnership for motivated and tech-savvy individuals who are passionate about customer service. The programme combines theoretical classroom learning with practical, on-the-job experience, particularly in customer interaction and service delivery.
Participants will gain exposure to Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement functions while developing key workplace competencies.

Minimum Requirements
- South African citizen or permanent resident
- Aged between 18 and 30
- Completed Degree or NQF Level 7 qualification
- Proficient in English
- Computer literate
- Currently unemployed
- Not enrolled in another learnership or academic programme
- Able to work well in a team and independently
- Willingness to learn and adapt

Programme Duration
