Learnership Opportunity

VKB Group is offering a learnership programme for unemployed individuals interested in developing practical skills within the agricultural and manufacturing sector. Participants will receive training in CTFL Manufacturing Processes: Inspection and Packaging (NQF Level 2), combining theoretical learning with hands-on workplace experience.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Must be unemployed.
• Persons living with disabilities are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to perform physically demanding manual work.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organised work environment.
• Prepared to work alternating day and night shifts.
• Own reliable transport.
• Commitment to contributing positively to the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend all required theoretical training sessions.
• Complete assignments and maintain a Portfolio of Evidence (PoE).
• Successfully complete formative and summative assessments.
• Develop workplace skills and practical industry experience.
• Maintain cleanliness and general housekeeping standards.
• Perform cleaning and general operational duties.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by supervisors when required.
