About the Role
Swift International Human Resources is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Picker / Packer to join a team within the automotive spares industry based in Ottery. The ideal candidate should have experience working with automotive parts, stock control, and warehouse operations.
Minimum Requirements
Applicants must have:
- Matric / Grade 12 qualification
- At least 3 years’ experience in automotive parts (non-negotiable)
- Computer literacy skills
- Experience in stock control and inventory management
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Picking and packing automotive parts according to order sheets and specific instructions
- Preparing stock for collection or dispatch
- Maintaining accurate inventory records and stock management systems
- Conducting stock audits to ensure stock levels are correct
- Investigating and following up on stock discrepancies
- Assisting with general warehouse duties when required
