🛎️ Role Overview

As a Porter, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming and professional first impression for guests.

Your duties will include assisting guests with luggage, handling deliveries, and maintaining the cleanliness of the lobby and entrance areas, while ensuring all guest requests are handled efficiently and courteously.

🛠️ Key Responsibilities

• Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
• Assist guests with luggage handling
• Respond promptly to guest requests
• Handle and distribute mail and parcels
• Maintain cleanliness of the lobby and forecourt areas
• Deliver a high standard of customer service at all times

🎯 Minimum Requirements

✔ Matric (Grade 12)
✔ Strong problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
✔ Friendly, professional, and service-oriented attitude
✔ Ability to work both independently and within a team
✔ Excellent communication skills
✔ Honest, reliable, and trustworthy
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ Well-presented and well-spoken
✔ Proactive mindset with good interpersonal skills
