About the Opportunity

Are you passionate about music, broadcasting, digital media, social media, and sales? A fast-growing radio station is offering an exciting internship opportunity for a motivated and energetic individual looking to gain practical experience in broadcasting, digital marketing, client relations, and media sales.

The successful candidate will assist with social media management, marketing initiatives, client engagement, and sales support while developing valuable industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and LinkedIn
• Create engaging content, captions, stories, and promotional material
• Help increase audience engagement and strengthen the station’s online presence
• Support the sales team with client communication and lead generation
• Assist in preparing presentations, proposals, and marketing content
• Coordinate promotions, events, and brand activation campaigns
• Conduct market research and identify potential advertising opportunities
• Provide general administrative and marketing support

Requirements

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for radio, entertainment, media, and digital marketing
• Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends
• Creative, confident, and self-motivated personality
• Basic graphic design skills will be advantageous
• Sales-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Canva is beneficial
• Relevant qualification or currently studying Marketing, Media, Communications, or Sales
