Managed People Solutions is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for a 12-month Retail Sales Learnership Programme within the health and wellness retail sector. This programme offers an excellent opportunity to gain practical workplace experience while working towards the National Occupational Certificate: Sales Representative (NQF Level 4).

Learners will receive structured training, workplace mentoring, and hands-on retail experience, helping them build the skills and knowledge needed for a successful career in retail sales and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

As a Retail Sales Learner, you will:

• Deliver outstanding customer service.
• Assist customers in selecting suitable health and wellness products.
• Develop strong product knowledge and confidently recommend products.
• Build professional sales and communication skills.
• Support the achievement of individual and store sales targets.
• Assist with stock control, merchandising, and daily store operations.
• Maintain a clean, organised, and attractive retail environment.
• Learn about retail operations, business performance, and customer engagement.
• Work alongside experienced mentors throughout the programme.
