Programme Overview
The OpsXperience Programme is a 12-month paid internship aimed at unemployed graduates seeking practical, hands-on experience within Rand Merchant Bank (RMB) Operations.
This programme offers participants the opportunity to develop essential banking, operational, and workplace skills while contributing to real business activities. Interns will be placed within various operational teams, gaining exposure to live systems, processes, and projects in a professional banking environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in one of the following fields:
- Engineering
- Mathematics
- Computer Science
- Statistics
- Legal
- Commerce
- Little to no formal work experience (less than 12 months)
- Must be unemployed at the time of appointment
