Job Overview

Rola Toyota Bredasdorp is offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated Automotive Apprentice (Learner Technician) to receive structured training and hands-on experience within the motor industry. This role is ideal for individuals looking to launch a technical career, with training aimed at developing the successful candidate into a fully qualified, Red Seal–accredited Technician.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 / National Certificate with Mathematics and Physical Science

• Automotive-related subjects will be an added advantage

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn

• Strong interest in motor vehicles and technical work

• Good time management and ability to work under pressure

• Effective verbal communication skills (training conducted mainly in English)

• Must reside in Bredasdorp or surrounding areas

Key Responsibilities

• Assist qualified technicians with vehicle servicing and repairs

• Accurately record time spent on assigned jobs

• Understand and follow repair order instructions before commencing work

• Learn to plan tasks and identify required parts for ordering

• Participate in all prescribed training and development programmes
