Minimum Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12).
- Previous customer service experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a team.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve cakes, pastries, beverages, and other products according to company standards.
- Slice, package, and present products professionally.
- Welcome customers, take orders accurately, and provide information about menu items.
- Operate the cash register and process customer payments.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to encourage repeat business.
- Maintain a clean, organised, and hygienic store by following "clean as you go" practices.
- Participate in product and customer service training programmes.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts as required.
- Promote new products, online ordering services, loyalty programmes, and other company offerings.
- Assist with general store operations to ensure smooth daily trading.
