Position Overview

Transnet Rail Infrastructure Manager (TRIM) is inviting applications from suitably qualified, unemployed South African graduates aged between 18 and 35 to participate in a two-year Graduate Development Programme.

This structured and mentored programme provides both formal training and practical workplace experience, equipping participants with the skills and knowledge needed to enhance their employability.

Progress will be reviewed every six months to ensure alignment with both participant and organisational expectations.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or BTech qualification (NQF Level 6 or higher)
• Qualification in Commercial Law
• No prior work experience required
• Must have graduated from a recognised institution (University or University of Technology registered with the Department of Higher Education & Training)

Programme Outcomes

• Participation in a structured 24-month graduate programme
• Placement in various departments within TRIM based on organisational needs
