Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Senior Certificate), NCV Level 4, or an equivalent NQF Level 4 qualification recognised by SAQA.
- South African citizenship.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- Computer literacy, including:
- MS Word
- MS Excel
- MS Office
- MS PowerPoint
- MS Outlook
- Relevant qualifications or courses in Supply Chain Management will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities will vary depending on the unit but may include:
- Assisting with procurement and quotation processes.
- Managing stock levels and inventory records.
- Receiving, issuing, and replenishing stock.
- Performing stock-taking and asset management.
- Capturing information on SAPS financial and provisioning systems.
- Processing purchase requisitions and contracts.
- Preparing reports and maintaining administrative records.
- Supporting demand management and procurement activities.
- Assisting with transport, vehicle, clothing, firearm, and equipment management.
- Providing general supply chain administrative support.
Work Locations
Successful candidates will be placed at one of the following SAPS facilities:
- Silverton, Pretoria
- Persequor Park, Lynnwood, Pretoria
