The Limpopo Department of Education is inviting applications for 117 Teacher Aid positions at Special Schools across the province. Successful candidates will support teachers in delivering quality education while assisting learners, particularly those with special educational needs, in a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or an equivalent qualification.
- Functional computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) will be an added advantage.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Record-keeping ability.
- Patience and compassion when working with learners.
- Strong teamwork, planning, and coaching skills.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist learners with classroom activities and assessments.
- Support teaching and learning in collaboration with educators.
- Prepare teaching materials, classroom resources, ICT equipment, and assistive devices.
- Help organise classrooms and maintain a conducive learning environment.
- Supervise learners during lessons, break times, and other school activities.
- Assist teachers with classroom administration.
- Provide additional support to learners with special needs, including accompanying learners with physical disabilities to the bathroom when required.
- Perform any other reasonable duties assigned by school management.
