Core Group ZA, the company behind iStore and several leading premium technology brands, is looking for motivated Warehouse Assistants to join its dynamic operations team in Boksburg. This opportunity forms part of the 12-month Youth Employment Service (YES) Programme, offering young South Africans valuable workplace experience in warehouse and inventory operations.

The successful candidates will play a key role in maintaining efficient warehouse processes, accurate stock control, and supporting AppleCare operations across iStores, Service Centres, and Authorised Service Providers (ASPs).

Key Responsibilities

Warehouse Operations & Stock Control

• Receive, pick, pack, issue, and handle stock accurately.
• Conduct regular cycle counts to ensure physical stock matches system records.
• Process stock returns, transfers, and AppleCare inventory movements promptly.
• Verify manifests, delivery documentation, and stock records for accuracy.
• Follow all stock control procedures, safety regulations, and OHASA requirements.

Import & Export Operations

• Receive inbound shipments and complete Goods Received Voucher (GRV) processing.
• Allocate, transfer, and correctly bin inventory.
• Process faulty returns, commercial invoices, GSX uploads, and Return to Vendor (RTV) documentation within required timeframes.
• Ensure Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR) compliance and correct product labelling.

Teamwork & Customer Support

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Purchasing, and other internal departments.
• Respond professionally to operational queries.
• Contribute to a positive, efficient, and solutions-driven work environment.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Reliable and dependable work ethic.
• Willingness to work weekends when required.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work in a structured, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience using warehouse systems such as Syspro, FM, or GSX will be an added advantage.
