🌟 Programme Overview

Pepkor Lifestyle (HiFi Corporation, Incredible Connection, Bradlows, Sleepmasters, Russells, and Rochester) is inviting applications for a Wholesale & Retail SETA-funded Learnership.

This 12-month programme is aimed at young, energetic, and motivated individuals who are eager to gain workplace experience and build a career in the retail industry.

Successful candidates will gain exposure across various areas within the wholesale and retail sector, with opportunities available in all nine provinces.

🏬 What You Will Learn

During the learnership, participants will gain hands-on experience in:

• Customer service and assisting clients on the shop floor
• Merchandising, marketing, and maintaining product displays
• Basic English and Mathematics skills
• Processing transactions using POS systems
• Understanding the retail and wholesale environment
• Opening and managing customer accounts
• Stock control and loss prevention

🎓 Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• South African citizen with no criminal record
• Open to candidates with or without disabilities
