Programme Overview
The South African Reserve Bank (SARB) invites high-performing postgraduate students to apply for its one-year Graduate Development Programme, commencing in February 2027.
About the SARB
The SARB plays a critical role in safeguarding South Africa’s economic well-being by maintaining price stability and ensuring a sound financial system. Its responsibilities include regulating the financial sector, managing interest rates, issuing currency, and overseeing financial stability.
About the Programme
Participants will be based at the SARB Head Office from February 2027 to January 2028, where they will:
