About the Opportunity
The Foschini Group (TFG) is inviting young South Africans to apply for the YES Youth Opportunity Programme. This initiative offers unemployed youth the chance to gain valuable first-time work experience in a dynamic retail environment and build a strong foundation for their future careers.
Minimum Requirements
To qualify, applicants must:
- Be between 18 and 28 years old
- Have Matric (preferred)
- Be available to work on a fixed-term 12-month contract
- Not have been permanently employed by one employer for longer than one continuous year
- Not be studying full-time during the employment period (April 2026 – March 2027)
- Not have participated in or registered for the YES Programme before
- Be responsible for their own accommodation and transport if required
Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
