The Foschini Group (TFG) is inviting applications for a YES Administrator Internship. This opportunity is ideal for unemployed youth who want to gain valuable workplace experience in a professional corporate environment while building practical administration, communication, and organisational skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the department.
• Assist with filing, document control, and record management.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare schedules, and take meeting minutes when required.
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and other administrative documents.
• Respond to internal enquiries and direct requests to the appropriate team members.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information.
• Support departmental projects and perform additional administrative duties when needed.
• Follow company policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 (Matric) certificate.
• Basic computer literacy, including Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
• Good interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to resolve conflict professionally and effectively.
