Programme Overview

The Foschini Group (TFG) is inviting unemployed young South Africans to apply for its YES (Youth Employment Service) Programme in Limpopo. This initiative provides young people with valuable workplace experience in the retail industry, helping them develop practical skills and improve their future employment prospects.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

• Be between 18 and 28 years of age.
• Have a Matric (Grade 12) certificate (preferred).
• Be available to work on a 12-month fixed-term contract.
• Must not have been permanently employed by one employer for more than 12 consecutive months.
• Must not be studying full-time during the programme period (April 2026 to March 2027).
• Must not have previously participated in or been registered on the YES Programme.
• Be responsible for their own accommodation and transport, where applicable.
• Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups in line with the Employment Equity Act.
