ICG Medical is looking for enthusiastic, driven, and proactive young professionals to join its Youth Internship Programme in Cape Town. This 15-month programme offers practical work experience within a fast-paced global healthcare recruitment company while giving interns the opportunity to earn an additional international accreditation.

Interns will support Recruitment Consultants, Business Development Consultants, and Booking Consultants across the company’s UK and US operations.

Key Responsibilities

Successful candidates will receive full training and support while assisting with a variety of duties, including:

• Sourcing suitable talent to meet client requirements
• Capturing data and maintaining internal databases
• Managing documents and ensuring confidentiality of information
• Collaborating professionally with team members across departments and regions
• Assisting with reporting and performance tracking
• Completing additional administrative and ad-hoc duties as required by management

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications

Recently completed a certified diploma or degree in fields such as:

• Business Administration
• Information Technology (IT)
• Finance
• Customer Service
• Sales
• Health Sciences

Additional Requirements

• Employment Equity (EE) candidates will receive preference
• Must be available to start the programme in March 2026
• Must be available for assessments during February 2026
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment

Internship Details

📅 Contract Duration: 15 months
💵 Salary: R5 000 per month
📍 Work Location: In person (Cape Town)
