Salary:
R273,288 – R374,820 per annum (basic salary, plus benefits)
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Computer literacy
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in a similar environment
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative duties within the Metering Installation Maintenance subsection
- Provide first-line administrative support and advice regarding meter installations
- Respond to queries related to existing meter and electrical installations
- Handle public and internal enquiries concerning connections, prepaid meters, tampering, tariffs, and service connections/disconnections
- Ensure accuracy of consumer, metering, and property data on billing and vending systems
- Use the Business Process Management System to schedule job cards and update metering data (including prepaid, conventional, smart, and AMR meters)
- Ensure all applications comply with governance and regulatory standards
