Minimum Requirements
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Grade 12 / Senior Certificate / NCV Level 4 or an equivalent qualification (NQF Level 4).
- A minimum of four (4) years' relevant administrative experience.
- South African citizenship.
- Proficiency in English and at least one other official South African language.
- A valid driver's licence will be an added advantage.
- A three-year Diploma or Degree (NQF Level 6 or higher) in a relevant field will be beneficial.
Skills and Competencies

- Computer literacy (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Office Suite).
- Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
- Report writing and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and perform well under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidates will be responsible for:
- Providing general administrative and clerical support.
- Maintaining registers, records and filing systems.
- Typing reports, letters, memoranda and official correspondence.
- Receiving, recording and distributing incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Answering telephone calls and handling enquiries professionally.
- Managing emails and document flow within the office.
- Photocopying, scanning and operating standard office equipment.
- Delivering and collecting official documents.
- Assisting during meetings, workshops and administrative events.
- Safeguarding confidential information and ensuring efficient office administration.
