Minimum Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

A valid National Senior Certificate (Matric).

Certificates for Level 2 - 4 in Generic Management.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
1. Student Records & Data Management
-
Input student data into the QCTO portal and capture marks/attendance registers using ITS version 4.1.
-
Update, maintain, and secure digital and physical student records and class lists.

Manage online registrations, ensuring all compliance documents are uploaded, scanned, and forwarded to Head Office.

Reset student portal login pins for accessing results, financial statements, and academic records.
2. Examination & Academic Administration
-
Assist with exam invigilation schedules and overall examination administration.

Distribute final exam permits and verify NCV final examination marks at the marking centre.

Process and transfer term marks onto NCV final examination sheets.

Facilitate the distribution of academic results, proof of registrations, certificates, and diplomas.
3. General Office & Campus Support
-
Serve as a primary point of contact for students, parents, and stakeholders via email, phone, and in person.

Coordinate communication channels between campus departments, lecturers, and students.
-
Organize campus meetings, workshops, and training sessions.
-
Manage office logistics, including stationery control, supply ordering, and basic financial admin (petty cash, quotes, and invoices).
