Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12 / Matric / Senior Certificate
Knowledge and Competencies:
- Understanding of Batho Pele Principles
- Knowledge of departmental policies, procedures, and Treasury Regulations
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good interpersonal and problem-solving abilities
- Computer literacy
- Analytical, planning, and organisational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide Supply Chain Management services within the Labour Centre
- Deliver finance and office administration support
- Render Human Resource Management services
- Coordinate training and performance management activities
- Maintain and manage records within the Labour Centre
