The Department of Employment and Labour is inviting applications for five (5) Administrative Clerk: Management Support Services positions at the Durban and Ulundi Labour Centres. The successful candidates will provide administrative, financial, human resource, and supply chain support to ensure the efficient operation of the Labour Centres.
Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 (Matric) or Senior Certificate.
Knowledge Required
- Batho Pele Principles.
- Departmental policies and procedures.
- Treasury Regulations.
Skills and Competencies
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Problem-solving ability.
- Computer literacy.
- Analytical thinking.
- Planning and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily Supply Chain Management (SCM) support within the Labour Centre.
- Render finance and office administration services.
- Assist with Human Resource Management functions.
- Coordinate training and performance management activities.
- Maintain and manage records in accordance with departmental policies.
- Perform other administrative duties to support the effective functioning of the Labour Centre.
