PepsiCo is looking for a dedicated and reliable Attendant to join its production team in Potgietersrus, Limpopo. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and are committed to maintaining high standards of quality, food safety, and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

As an Attendant, your duties will include:

• Operating and monitoring the continuous production line.
• Loading baking pans onto the conveyor system during production start-up.
• Inspecting pans and lids for dents, damage, or defects before use.
• Checking equipment for foreign objects such as old bread, dough residue, or other contaminants.
• Ensuring a continuous supply of pans and lids to support production.
• Loading and off-loading pans and lids as required throughout the production process.
• Monitoring products to ensure they meet quality and quantity standards.
• Reporting equipment faults or operational issues to the supervisor promptly.
• Following all workplace health, safety, food safety, and sanitation procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work environment.
• Protecting and safeguarding company equipment and assets.

Minimum Requirements

Applicants should have:

• Grade 12 (Matric).
• Good communication and organisational skills.
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.
• A responsible, dependable, and positive work ethic.
• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
• Good teamwork skills.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts when required.
• Physical fitness and the ability to lift heavy objects.
• Previous experience in a bakery, food production, or manufacturing environment will be advantageous but is not essential.
