Candidates may select from a range of learnership programmes offering fixed-term employment for a period of 12 to 24 months, depeMyand bencoaching and mentorship while working towards a recognised qualification.

What the learnership offers:

Application Criteria

You may apply for a Standard Bank Group Learnership if you have completed Grade 12 (Matric) or a three-year post-Matric qualification, depending on the role.

To be eligible, applicants must:

• Be a South African citizen

• Be between 18 and 30 years old

• Be able to speak, read, and write English

• Have completed Grade 12 (Matric)or athree-year post-Matric qualification

• Be computer servvy

• Not be permanently employed

• Not be registered or studying at another tertiary institution

• Not be enrolled in any other learnership programme
