About the Programme

The Bridgestone Graduate Programme 2026 is designed to help graduates build practical skills, gain industry exposure, and launch their careers in the automotive and mobility sector. Participants will undergo structured development while contributing to real business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Minimum Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree / BTech / Postgraduate qualification in:
  • Operations Management (Quality, Supply Chain, Health & Safety)
  • Law (LLB or equivalent)
  • Information Technology
  • BCom (Finance, HR, Communication, Project Management, Digital Marketing)

Additional Criteria:

• Recent graduate (within the past 2 years)
• Strong academic performance
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Eagerness to learn, adaptability, and growth mindset
• Must be a South African citizen
• Candidates who previously participated in the YES Programme are not eligible
